Our goal is to connect with families experiencing the loss of a parent - with a simple and powerful message, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. We have built partnerships and developed outreach materials to connect families with the best resources while meeting them where they are in the healing process.
We've set out to raise $250,000 in support this year to expand our reach and advance our mission. Every single dollar contributed will provide hope and healing to families in need of love and support. To deliver the message to every family in need of receiving it, we are building an army.
The Creating Heroes Partnership Program
In the Bible there is a story about a man named Gideon who had a very large army but it's members did not have the heart for their leader. God had him trim the army down and he ended up with only 300 men. God performed great miracles with the 300 and we are believing for the same 300 who have the heart for the foundation. The goal for the partnership program is to join with 300 partners contributing $50 or more per month to start. With the support of this army, we will able to connect with families, share our experiences, deliver tools and resources as well as welcome them in to a judgement free community. Ready to enlist? One Time Gift - EVERY dollar makes an impact
Should you wish to make a one-time gift, our most immediate need is the purchase of a 5th wheel. This is an essential component of connecting with families for our Equine Assisted Therapy programs and will provide a safe and affordable place to stay as we travel to work with families on the path the healing. We believe that by sharing our experience, specifically Elijah's path to healing - we can welcome families to a community and provide them with the tools needed to do life. Studies show that those who use their tragedies to make the world a better place bring meaning to their lives.We intend to do that very thing. It helps us to help others.
